Our First Ancient Tool - The Voice
At the center of this retreat is Voice — not as performance, but as vibratory memory and medicine.

The Medicine of the Wild Boar
The Wild Boar is the guardian of the West in the Nuragic Medicine Wheel of Sardinia.
It is ancient, instinctual, lunar.
Its medicine teaches us to endure, to protect what matters, and to walk through emotional terrain with a grounded power that lives within.
In many traditions, boar teeth were worn as amulets—symbols of strength and sacred fortification.
The Boar’s connection to water reminds us of our ability to cleanse, regenerate, and surrender.
The Wild Boar medicine lives in your voice and in the emotional landscape of your heart. It is a tender yet empowering journey through the mud. A re-connection to the wildness that lives within.
How and what can we learn from this incredibly wild being of the Earth?
The Sacred Waters
Our salty tears, the sweat dripping down our backs, the waters of the womb - where we all emerge from. These sacred waters as well as the living waters of Sardinia will be our liquid container for this journey ahead.
Waters that cleanse, purify, resource, and nourish.
As we traverse the muddy waters, we bring that which swims underneath to the surface, uncovering what is ready to be known, to be seen, to be sounded out and allowing the waters to wash it all away.
By river, spring, and water temple, we will be held and guided through this ritualized journey into the primal power of your voice through the medicine of the wild boar and the sacredness of water.

Alessandro - Nuragic Shamanic Healing
Nuragic Shamanic Healing brings the wisdom of the Sardinian Medicine Wheel, the teachings of the Wild Boar, and a deeply embodied connection to land, spirit, and sacred cycles. Through this path, we are guided to remember who we are before forgetting, and to let ritual do what language often cannot.
Born in Sardinia and dedicated to preserving and reviving the ancient shamanic traditions of Sardinia, the island that holds the secrets of an extraordinary civilization. As the founder of Nuragic Shamanic Healing, Alessandro’s work is deeply intertwined with the land, the energy, and the profound symbology of the ancient Sardinian civilization.
To promote the recognition of ancient Sardinian rituality and spirituality, his training courses are officially certified by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
Alessandro’s rich knowledge about his ancestral homelands, his deep connection to the Wild Boar as he envisions and lives it via the Sardinian Medicine Wheel, the sacred waters that nourish, and the ancient archeological sites that he works with to uncover bring a potency only one can imagine until experienced.
Kris - Kreatress
A ritual performance artist, vocal alchemist, and multi-instrumentalist with a Bachelors and Masters in Voice Performance, channels the spirit of sound as a gateway to deep remembrance and transformation. With her guidance, we will explore the voice as a primal, wild, animate force that awakens what words cannot touch, that communicates what cannot be spoken, and that cleanses and purifies that which is ready to be washed away in the healing, ancient waters of Sardinia, a place she has grown to love and connect deeply to.
She will also be bringing her gifts of sound through the creation of sonic tapestries that carry and traverse liminal spaces.
Her honed gifts of animal-kin-connection and intuitive torch-bearer with years of learning how to open and close sacred spaces in the unseen realms will support this journey from a grounded place full of reverence for all life.
The connection to your breath, your voice, and the land will be forever changed once you move through her field.
Watersong, The Experience
Throughout this journey, we will come into close contact with the Wild Boar in different ways including :
nose to tail ancestral skills
ancestral recipes and cooking of the Wild Boar
gaining knowledge about hunting and butchery
giving new creative life to the bones and skin of the Wild Boar
Even if you are vegan or vegetarian, this will be a profound connecting to our animal kin and it is not necessary that you partake in the eating of the Wild Boar.
Know that many meals will include meat.
We will also be hiking to some of the ancient sites surrounding Esterzili, including the Water Temple, Sacra Nuragic Di Monte Nuxi and Fonte Nuragic di Monte Nuxi. We will bathe in these sacred waters. We will drink of them too.
Here we will stand in ceremony with the waters, the land, and the medicine of the Wild Boar.
What an honor it is to commune with fresh springs that nourish our bodies, with a wild animal who feeds us in more than one way and a land to hold us as we gift our voices in reverence and connection.
Note : The end of June is a warm time in Sardinia. Know that we will be hiking and spending lots of time outdoors. Bring suitable clothing and shoes for this adventure.

Cost
Until March 1, 2026, the cost of Watersong is 950€.
(see above for what is included in the price)
After March 1, the cost will rise to 1100€.
There are ONLY 10 seats available for this journey.
To claim your seat, a deposit of 50% is to be paid at the checkout.
